This is a spell you cast on a piece of jewlery or something you wear constantly.
Just hold the item in your hands, and say " I cast this spell onto the, allow no harm to come to me."
Binding Spell

Required Ingredients: A black candle, a long piece of cord, and a valid motive
Light the candle
"By the air and earth,
By water and fire,
So, ye be bound by I desire."
( Tie cord around the bottom of the candle )
"By three and nine,
Your power I bind,
By moon and sun,
My will shall be done."
( Tie cord around the middle of the candle )
"Sky and sea,
Keep harm from me,
Cord go round,
Power be bound."
( Tie cord around the top of the candle )
"Light revealed,
NOW BE SEALED."
